If you are considering a refund, it means you ordered a product from us and participated in the green revolution. Which means we owe you a “thank you!” In terms of our service, we apologize for the inconvenience and hope to resolve this matter for you at the earliest.
We will refund the product(s) returned in the same state as you received them. If all the following conditions are satisfied, a refund will be initiated:
1. We can facilitate only if the product has been damaged or has any visible defects.
2. The item has all labels and tags still attached
3. The item is unworn, unaltered and free of damages
4. The item is returned in its original packaging
5. The refund is claimed for within two weeks of delivery
We will send a delivery partner to pick up the item once we receive an email on returns at email@example.com from the email address you used to make the initial purchase. Please attach the digital receipt you had received to this mail. If you had opted for COD, please send your bank account information in this mail (this is to facilitate a swift return if required).
Once we have received your return shipment in our warehouse, we will send you an email confirming receipt of the parcel and informing whether it can be accepted for a refund or not. Please allow up to 14 days for this to happen. If you don’t receive the email within 14 days of us receiving your shipment, please contact us.
We will refund the amount you had paid for the item within 30 days of receiving the return as below:
Card: If you have paid by card, we will refund the balance to the card originally used.
Wallet: If you paid through a wallet, we will refund the balance to the same wallet.
COD: If you had paid on delivery, the bank account details you’ll send with the return request email will be credited.
